What are the shipping guidelines?

We strive to pack and ship all orders within 24 hours after payment is received. Orders made on Saturday will be shipped on Monday. We provide both local, and international shipping.

What is the cost for shipping within Malaysia?

Delivery cost will be shown upon checkout. We provide Poslaju and Skynet shipping to all orders within Malaysia, including Sabah & Sarawak. Tracking numbers are emailed for all orders once shipped.

What are the international shipping costs and methods?

Livinggears.com ships worldwide.

All international orders are shipped using Malaysian Registered Mail. Malaysian Registered Mail is a postal service that will take 1-3* weeks and will require signature upon delivery. Tracking numbers will be provided by email once order shipped. All charges are based on weight. You can simply add item to cart, upon checkout, system will auto calculate the shipping chargers based on weight.
